New Price Products: Stamped Steel Residential Grilles (40S, 40R, 40C and 40FF)
Four new models of stamped steel residential grilles – 40S (supply), 40R (return), 40C (curved blade supply) and 40FF (filter frame return) – are now available.
These products are suited to condo and apartment units. They are available in sizes and airflow patterns that are common for these applications.
Overview
The 40 series is a family of fixed-blade stamped steel grilles for apartment, condominium, and residential applications.
Typical Applications
Both supply and return models are available for use in apartment, condominium, and residential applications. Intended for mounting in drywall construction in both ceiling and sidewall mounting applications. Supply models include an integral multi-shutter style damper. The curved blade 40C model is particularly suited to ceiling mount applications with a desired horizontal air pattern.
Construction Options
Supply models:
40S – standard blades
40C – fixed curved blades
Both models are available with 1, 2, 3 or 4-way air patterns
Both models include integral damper
Return models:
40R – standard return
40FF – with removable face and frame for 1” filter (by others)
All models are constructed of steel
